Default Boost gauge question

First off, let me apologize if this question has been answered a million times over which I was fairly certain it had been.

I spent the last half hour to 45min using the search feature in an attempt to find the answer myself since I know how annoying answeriing the same question over and over can be, however I cannot find the ansswer I am looking for.

Here is my question:

After searching the forums for hte best place for a boost gauge (I don't think the A-pillar approach would look right in these cars), I came across the idea of putting the boost gauge in the driver's side vent. I think this looks amazing and have decided 100% on taking this approach. With this said, I cannot, for the life of me, find what size gauge I need. I went out and measured and came up with a result of 2 7/16" (2.4375" or ~62mm), but I cannot find a gauge in this size. The closest I have found is 60mm (~2.3622"). I guess I am simply asking if a 60mm gauge will work for this setup? 2mm can be a big difference sometimes.
