The golf/gti will use many of the same parts as the 180's (more so the fwd). The intakes, dp (fwd), turbo kit hardware (again, not dp), ic setups etc will all fit from the vw to the 180fwd and 180q.

If you have fwd, forget the dual tip look, its not going to work, if you have a awd (180 or 225), then you can just buy a blueflame for cheap for a 225

Ok, thanks for the information. Once I realized that this was a probability and the availability of parts for the golf/gti being much more abundant, that more than likely the pricing would be more reasonable.

I considered dual tip and changing the rear piece in the bumper to an aftermarket made for dual tips but upon inspecting the rear section, I would be contending with where the spare tire sits so I will be sticking with the single exit. Again, thanks for all the guidance offered on here. This isn't your run-of-the-mill honda (which I am familiar with) so I'm still on slightly unknown ground.

Much more style than the Honda...plus with a nice exhaust on it; it doesn't sound like you installed a fart can on it similar to the Honda sound I'm used to hearing.
