This has happened to me twice. I start my car, and it kicks over but as soon as its on it just shuts off. The first time i noticed my heat was on full blast so i turned it off and it started right up. But the second time i turned my heat off and the car kept shutting right off even if i gave it some gas when started. After about 10 starts in eventually stayed on and ran fine after that. Any ideas what wrong?

 

have you checked the battery? I had a weak battery on my wife's Yukon and it would start fine but it would die and the only way to keep it running was to keep my foot on the accelerator
