Default Coolant drain plug?? Pic?

So cincy said that the drain plug for the coolant is on the driver side front raditor. Does anyone have a picture of it because i can't find it. I found something resembling a possiblity after i removed the plastic engine shield underneath the car and found a circular plastic piece that you can turn left or right and there is a little spiggot right before it. I'm not sure if this is the drain plug because i'm used to actually removing a plug. Can anyone let me know if i'm at least in the right area or if I have to remove anything to get to it??!! Thank you

it's a stopper valve. as achttung said you turn 90 degrees to unlockand pull out to drain. should be a diferent color than all the black pipe under there.
