I am new to the TT but have had other Turbo cars and I would still let it idle for awhile maybe 30 seconds to let the impeller spin down. This especially after you have ran it hard. Once you shut off the engine there is no Oil going to the bearings on most. Does this cool down pump system pump oil or only coolant? This the unknown for me on the TT and was curious also.
