How is the 3 inch borla the right exhaust? Would it be ok to go with 3"? I dont want to lose any torque. Also, here is a picture I found of the 180 borla catback system if one was to buy it. It has a resonator on it I think. Would I use my stock tip?

It does have a resonator (the small little muffler to the far left of the pic) and the exhaust already has a 3.5" or a 4" tip already.

Iwas just puttinga * next to the mufflers that should be quiter and sound better in the links i posted above. That is if you still wanted to go in that direction. I gave the option if you wanted 2.5" or a 3" exhaust.

NeXe, no matter how large you made the system, you would not lose torque, you'd gain torque and hp. For ideal performance, you'd leave the exhaust totally open after the downpipe.

I don think so. I think an ideal setup is to have some pressure in the exhaust system so the engine, unboosted, can preform to and thus run stronger. I think some pressure is important and that a 3 inch may be too big.

the turbo creates more than enough back pressure for the engine. but a 2.5" for a stock turbo ko3 or ko4 is plenty.

HUH!! WHAT!!! I CANT HERE YOU OVER MY EXHAUST!!

it may hurt your ears and you wont gain anything after a certian point. like you wont see any more of a gain going w/ a 3.5" over a 3" exhaust. So there is really no point.
