Default Front Right Suspension Noise

I have a loud clunking noise at the front right of my car, when the weight is shifted in the car (ie. braking, accel, or going over a bump. The sound is not aparent or even there when at higher speedds. I had replaced my sway bar end links last month and it still does it. Any Ideas?

Brushing could have torn/dry rotted. Do you take turns hard? You could have damaged to axle. won't know unless you take off the front wheels & give it a look.

Check your ball joints, (I even had one LOOSE!), and if not that, i'd almost put money on your strut bearing on top of the strut.

More than likely the problem is the Strut Bearing and Bushing... they wear out and will make a definite clunk. But by all means have all of your suspension checked out just to rule out any problems.

Not really, it's pretty well tucked up under the strut tower. You might be able to make it clunk if you jack the car up and then try to move the strut from side to side. But if your car has more than 40-50K miles on the original struts, chances are good that the strut bushing and bearing are goners. You can also tell by looking at the strut assembly as it comes out the top under the hood, if you have a substantial gap between the top ring and fender (more than 1/4"-3/8") the strut bushing is likely bad.

went outside and if i lift on on the fender and go up and down only lifting up and then letting it come down does it make the noise. If i push down and let it come up it doesnt do it. Any confirmations?

The way I test is on a lift hold both sides on the tire wiggle if you feel popping or like a hard umm it's easier to explain in person.
