totally agree there mate but the American things are so different from the UK due to emisisions so im looking for a cure for you guys ( legal wise ) that is so could be hard but ill do my best

once you change from black to green you should be fine in the cooling department aslong as you have a metal water pump also.

You think i could just change out the plastic impelled water pump with the metal one instead of paying 700-800 dollars for the whole timing belt replacement?

Trust me i would much rather do it myself, but i dont have any of the tools i would need

its a hard life mate even if you were close to me I would have to charge to cover the cost of tools and work but in most cases I let the punter do his own work without cost

I'm numb to problems now. No need to get immediately pissed anymore. I just stew for a bit until I can get on a forum and ask a question. I've found that many of the "little" problems are easy to fix yourself. Even for a guy like me with NO wrench turning background at all.

Cincy - Looking fwd to getting that sensor in the mail. I'll let you know how it goes. And I'm also trying to talk myself into the diode mod. Dont have the cashflow for a chip right now.
