Come down to monroe/harriman. I come to that "car show" ever now & then on fridays at caldors. What shop are you taking it too?

 

it's a shop in haverstraw. edge motorsport. they guy the runs it is buddies with one of my coworkers. if not i would have bought to dynamic in warwick. i have them do my oil changes and did chipped my car with revo. but when it came to the head gasket they told me 1900 while edge told me 1200. now i'm closer to 3500 cus of all the broken parts. The car show in monroe?? on fridays i'm usally at the one in middletown. but i haven't gone in over a month cus of my car. i may go tonite but in my buddies speed3.

I would try to recoup the money back from the first shop. Tell them you want to be compinsated and file a small claims if you have to. No reason you should have to spend money out of your pocket for someone elses mistakes

 

I live not even 10 mins from dynamic. I only go to them for the software. I got a quote from them to do my clutch since I don't have the time at the shop I work at so I took it to jimmy bell in harriman. My familys been dealing with him for over a decade. A non-bser & will always give you the best price if he has the time. He's always packed with cars. I've heard of Edge & heard they do quailty work. There's no car show in monroe, every now & then at DD on 17m you'll see couple of VW & hondas nothing big. I've been seeing more of them lately I just hardly get a chance to stop since I'm not driving the TT.

 

you know i was thinking about that. and i did call the first shop and said something like that. but they where like you been drivin the car and there is noway for me to prove that they really messed it up. yea they are a bunch of a holes. i was wondering if i can claim this on the timing belt because we did all get that notice about the extended warranty on the timing belt. and i will be having alot of proof like reciepts. what you guys think? i believe it said if you have had issues they will reimburse you!! that would be extremely sweet!!

 

I'm trying to I just did my water pump. The propeller broke the day I got the letter.
