Default Help! Engine noise

I have engine noise from 1000rpm to 1500 rpm when slowly pushing in the gas, its definately loud and sounds like a ticking toy. I know for sure its not the injectors, and the car has 123k miles with a rebuilt head at 107k miles but the rebuild was perfect and no noises happened till about 118k miles and oil has been changed regularly with mobile 1 synthetic. So i have no idea but its a loud noise like clicking or something or loud chatter i suppose, but it doesnt effect anything and hasnt for that many miles so the car still drives the same. Any clues?

CHeck the downpipe and manifold bolts. They can come loose with heat cycles if not tq down right.
