Default HELP! Rear Defrost on TT not working

I've noticed that the light for the rear defrost doesn't light up so I checked the fuse and it appears fine.

I thought maybe the light just might be out but it appears that the rear defrost doesnt work too. We had our first cold day of snowfall in Calgary and having the rear defrost work is very important.

Any ideas on how to fix or if anyone else have had this problem?

I'm in the same exact boat with mine, no light, no defrost. But I am currently working on a different issue as my OBD port has decided to stop communicating. If you figure this out, please post back as I would like to get mine working too!

Thanks.

Well the shitty part is that I got the car inspected from the Audi dealership and they didn't even catch that the button didn't light on.

I talked to the service manager and we made an agreement that hey would book a 1hour diagnostic on the issue for free. Its starting to get cold in Canada and I need this working asap.

I'll post out what they find tomorrow or Saturday

Audi just got back to me. Said the rear defrost wire was unhooked. Not sure how this can happen during normal course of driving but whatever, its fixed.

You can access the connection if you take your stereo out they said. Let me know if this fixes your problem.
