High beam lamps and fogs?

So I was looking through the manual, and it does not givea bulb # for anything. What are the Highs and fogs soI can get rid of the yellow and go with a crisp white all around? Thanks!

fogs are a H3 if i remember correctly

found it! high beam is a H7 55watt
