how do you program a key

i know sometimes when you open them up the silver contact plate gets bent and that will stop it from working. i wouldnt know what else to do besides take it to the dealer, or just keep playing with it.

i think i read the key to be programmed has to be in the contact when pressing the button and unlocking with the plastic key.
not sure tho...

It says to use the key without remote control.
Are they referring to the valet key?

I didn't get a valet key with my car.

Will it workwith my remote key instead?

It seems like as long as I have 2 seperate keys it will work.

I guess we'll see tonight.

I'll either have 2 working remotes, or none.

I feel like i'm on a gameshow... Big money, No Whammies!
