It is the plug gapfrom what you discribe. Get the car back and tell them to eff off from being dicks

Nice to see it was an easy fix. Hope they didn't charge an arm and a leg. It is a reallyeasy job to switch out/replace.

No charge. They actually did the right thing and admitted fault by not replacing it and apologized (they were supposed to replace that before the sale).
