You can buy the correct tool from menards in a cheap set of screw driver heads its like 5 bucks.

Theres really nothing wrong with using alcohol to clean a MAF. Ive done it, and its all good. Just make sure you are GENTLE with the MAF wires. Also, any pair of pliers should be sufficent when removing the security torx screws.
