Default RE: Is my DV leaking boost??!!

Last time that happened to me....it was easily fixed by changing out the spark plugs. I have mine gapped at .28 running a Revo chip for the 225. Low boost and "normal" driving would be fine but if I got on it (18-21psi) the car would stutter and hesitate. At first I thought I had a boost leak (nope)..then I tested the coil packs and they were fine...last changed the plugs and that cured it. You may want to try that first.

Also keep in mind that you can really hear the DV and just the turbo sucking in air a lot more with an open element filter. I run the Forge splitter valve and it isrelocated by the throttle body. The turbo sucking noise seems louder to me than the splitter.

"hits palm on forehead" I should of had a boost gauge. hint hint
