N75 to wastegate hose replacement on a 180

Anyone know anything about this? Hose size, how to get to it, etc.
I'm thinking there may be a tear in it causing my EPC problems aka over-boost/vac leak.

Thanks! Is it 6 mm on both ends, or will that need to be clamped?
