I am leaking coolant from the hose that connects the oil cooler to the top coolant line that comes from the back of the engine under the exhaust manifolds.

I have two issues:
1) Does anyone know the part number? Tried a few places and it is unclear on all the drawings I have.

2) has anyone replaced this hose? The end that connects to the oil cooler looks easy to access, the other end is really tucked up behind the exhaust and serpentine belt. Any help is appriciated.

Hey did you end up replacing this coolant hose? if so did you do it on your own and how hard was it to do?
