Hi everyone.

I just bought a new 08 TT and it has the DVD Nav system but I'm having trouble actually ejecting the DVD. I've tried holding the eject button down for several seconds and nothing happens. Any advice? I know it seems like a simple thing but I'm at a loss for why it's not working.

The factory setting is to lock the DVD bay for security reasons so the DVD disc cannot be removed before the car is sold. The dealership can unlock the unit for you if you want to remove the DVD. (I left mine locked since I never need to remove it and I don't want anyone else to be able to remove it either when I leave the top down.)
