So 2001 audi tt 225 quattro, just did timing belt, water pump, cam chain tensioner, valve cover gasket, spark plugs- gapped properly, air filter, fuel filter, coolant flushed, oil changed, oil filter changed. Engine at temp, doesnt seem to do it cold, revs about 760 rpm, if I jab the gas I get a small rattle, sounds mechanical, like a stutter or something, for only a split second before rpms jump. Idle doesnt seem to fluctuate much, maybe a 50 to 80 rpm change at idle. Little engine vibration at 2300 to 2800 range, nothing too much. Smooth as can be 3k+. Short term fuel trim idles around 0, seems to jump a little rich with rev and lean on decel. Havent driven it more than a mile since working on it. No engine codes with ross tech scan. Break in on cam tensioner or timing belt? Engine mount not mounted properly? Fuel spike? Dont think its a bad coil but? Engine runs like champ otherwise, just dont want to overlook an obvious issue.
