odd question

i can't seem to get the windows to go up or down with the key when i lock or unlock the car. mine is a 2000 is that why?

you have to change the coding in the computer.
I also have my car set so that one touch of the unlock on the key will unlock both doors at once, instead of once for the drivers side, and once more for the passenger side.
Theres also options to turn the alarm flash, horn, or both on/off, as well as auto door lock once the car starts rolling.

I read this one and I had to go look in my car to see what you were talking about. Im not sure but behind my reading lamps is where my home link is so I dont have a flap back there. Is the flap there because you might not have the home link?

You'll need a vag-com cable from ross-tech, and the information on how to do it is on their site.
