Default Passenger window down but not up with switch

I have a 2004 TT Quattro coupe. I just got my car back from a body shop and now have an issue with the passenger window rolling down but not up. I can roll the window down from the drivers side and from the passenger side using the switch, but when I go to roll it up I have to physically get out of the car and use the key to roll the window up from the outside.

A similar post was made several years ago, but no one provided a solution. Thought I'd resurrect it.

(Please don't suggest taking it back to the body shop--already figured that one out. Just trying to fix it myself first.)

Turned out to be when the shop replaced the door panel, they must have misaligned the window switch and kept it from functioning properly. Pulled off the panel and jiggled the switch around a little. Seemed to fix the problem.
