Starter needs to be replaced....how much? DIY?
not an easy one here you need to undo the bolts on the starter motor a little then spray in there, saying that it would be the same to remove it and service it.
not sure if you clutch has a service opening for locking the fly wheel for changing the timing belt but if it has that's a good area to spray into

is it a high pitched squeal? my car does that too. only on cold starts though. someone told me it was some sort of fan starting. others say a belt.
