hello looking for advice/help

my car sat all weekend went to start it Monday it fired up for about 3 seconds and shut off, wont start up.

car has 150k

I have no idea if the timing belt was done or not.

had the women turn it over and I see the belts are moving (so engine is turning over)

next I pulled a plug to check for spark, it sparked on the valve cover.

next I separated the fuel line at the fuel rail, had the women turn the car over again and fuel flow was good like a garden hose.

so I have fuel and spark, but wont run.

kinda concerned that the timing jumped.

I was wondering if vag com would indicate a timing issue,

I'm hoping if it did jump time since I was not driving the car and it was just idling for 3 seconds that there wont be valve damage.

any suggestions thoughts or insight would be appreciated.
