I was thinking of getting a tt for my next car I would most likely get the 225hp 1.8T version but I was wondering if I got the V6 do they sell a supercharger kit or any good way to make power for it?

 

I think the consensus is that if you are going to mod it, the 225 is a better option.

Although rayveedub who is a knowledgeable member disagrees. ( I think he's currently collecting parts for a VR6 swap. )

Hopefully he will chime in with some useful info for you.

 

If you think about it, a VRT setup for a VR6 costs about the same as a hardcore BT setup on a 1.8T and makes more power. Only problem is you have to swap the trans if you don't want DSG [:@]
