Tire Clearance/Racing Springs
I am looking at racing springs ( H&R Reds, Neuspeed Racing) Everything remaining the same if installed, they will give me @1/2" clearance from tire to wheel well.
Do you think that will be enough not to rub? I hate tire rub. Anyone with Racing Springs give me your feedback please.

Wheel rub will all depend on Tire and Wheel size, Wheel Offset, spacers, ride height. With all of those, it is doubtful anyone has the same setup as you do. That is one of the reasons Coilovers are the best way to go, you have full adjustability to clear up any issues such as tire rubs.
again, its about offset, spacers, etc. if your flush with the lip of the wheel well, you have more chance of rubbing than if your tires are tucked in a bit more. look at my new pics in the pic ***** thread. pretty low, stock rims no spacers. no rub.
^ ive ran H&R reds for about a year and a half. no rub. on 5 different sets of wheels (17"s and 18"s, 225/45's to 225/40's tires) w/ varying offsets. toss in a set of 10mm spacers in there. again, NO RUB even on steep inclines.
but ya, springs will just keep bugging you about getting lower then one day it'll slap you in the face and make you get coilovers. [&o]
