Tried to do a leak test today....
Thanks for reply, I just wonder when you had leaks in your PCV system did you have a poor boost?
I have tried to use soapy water but couldn't find any leak...thinking to buy smoke on spray to see it better if any....

yep, low boost, and low power. In addition to those leaks, I also had a crack in my turbo inlet hose that was allowing unmetered air to be pulled into the turbo after the MAF sensor. Threw the fueling way off. That was extreme though, couldn't get more than 5psi out of my pressure tester. Big crack.
Keep at it. If you can use an air tank rather than one of those little portable compressors it may help you hear the leak first so you know where under the hood to start looking.

I have found a leak last weak on vacuum hose under manifold - red arrow (as on the picture) - now it is fixed.
Have done another leak test today, first I could only pump 12 psi and could hear an air leaking from hose to manifold - didn't tight it properly before so then I tighten it properly and again pumped 15 psi and no leaks/ air so I assume if I could hear air at 12 psi and couldn't hear it at 15 than I shouldn't have a boost leak......
anyway I have tested wastegate actuator today - I have tried to use pliers but unfortunately I couldn't reach rod. :? So I took pump, set 0.5 psi and connected to the hose which connects N75 and actuator. Just started pump and rod moved about 2-3 cm to the left however pressure on the pump was 39psi!!! I slowly released air and rod moved slowly back. I have done it a few times and rod always moved. Does it sound like it is working properly?

Hi guys,
I just have found out that position of nut on the rod actuator is different on my TT and the other TT with same engine……Another TT has nut from end of rod to outside of the nut 16 mm however I have only 10 mm!!!
Could it cause a problem????
