Default TT running to lean, please help!!!

So today I put my borla exhaust on and it sounds really good, close to stock, but a lil louder. Anyway My friend put on an AEM air/fuel ratio on my car(one of the $400 ones) and at Idle my car my car was running 17:1 plus and at open throttle it was 13:1 to 14:1. What do I need to do? Should I get a adjustable fule pressure regulator? Is there any tuning programs for our cars. So far I have the 225 with apr chip, borla exhaust, fmic, 3" dp. For some reason my car doesnt feel fast. I think its starving fuel, but I dont know. Please Help.

P.S. when I mean not feeling fast enough, doesnt mean I want a new car.

the sensor was a post cat reading. I left the primary in because of where its mounted. At cruising it was 14's

sorry but i so saw that coming. you cant read a/f after the cat. the cat burns off fuel in the exhaust so it will raise (lean out) a/f readings. if you want a true ready, you need to install a o2 bung precat for the sensor.
