Default Tune up info

Ok, so I know that this info is out here in this forum somewhere but I couldn't find it laid out specifically. With that, I am a new Audi and TT owner and am not knowledgeable as to the specifics on performing a tune up for this brand. Sure, I can read the manual but figuring that Audi is a bit like other brands that I have owned theres much more that should be done during a tune up than just what is listed. So, my TT is about to hit 50k and will be doing a tune up shortly and would like to ask for some direction as to what should be done. A buddy of mine has the pc software and cable and after connecting to my car we know that there are no codes and everything looks to be fine. The only issue I've had is the brakes squeak when going in reverse down an incline (no matter the degree) or if I brake hard on a flat surface (still in reverse). Obviously I am planning to do this myself so I am considering buying after market parts and not OEM (more bang for my buck). So, any help or guidance will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Brian

Your brakes should last you a good bit past 50K, but it wont hurt to change out pads and rotors now. I did mine around 52K by myself with zimmerman cross-drilled/slotted rotors and I had new mintex pads but they were horrible so the stock ones went back on. Dont forget to put that glue stuff on the back of the pads... I forgot and my rears will squeel every now and then, oh well.

50 k you should only do the oil change, cabin filter change, oil treatmeant, and fuel treatment. The big service is at 60k. at 60k you do the timing belt, water pump, timing tensioner, idler pulley, flush radiator, spark plugs, haldex oil change, cabin filter, oil filter and fluid, and my reccomendation not factory, tranny fluid change.
