the small cylinders where the hose came off is just behind the lower bumper grilles in front of each tire.The hose connected to the one in front of the passenger tire came off. I'm almost positive its not the turbo. I can't seem to find any more loose hoses. BTW - where is the turbo located on the TT?

 

behind then engine, its pretty tough to see, really got to get your head in the back of you engine bay...

at least its hard to see for me cause im short

 

Bet thats the base of the headlight washers.

Turn your headlights on, and then hold the washers on for a couple seconds, you should hear a loud buzzing, and see water spray on your headlights. if one of those hoses are off/broken, you'll just dump washer fluid on the ground. Pretty obvious way to find out if thats your problem.

 

hahah i dont think a broken headlight washer tube would result in a notacable loss of power.?!?! but maybe.

 

who said the broken tube was the cause of the loss of power? That hasn't been determined yet, and his hose in question is about 1/2". Doubt its the same issue.
