Wow! That sounds like it was done really easily! That same noise you got was what i had when i went over 15psi. It seems like your problem was the DV, I am running with the forge hybrid DV/BOV, maybe i should just run it as a DV?

May try this mod again this weekend depending on the weather.

 

^ you may just need more turns on the valve. Mine held 20psi no problem

ok guys i need help! So i need to know if you guys have the same problems i'm having? In first and second gear i can't get my boost over 16 in 3rd gear and up i can hit 20 nutthin higher tho? Also when i hit 20 psi my boost always goes back down to like 15psi. now my car has done this before i installed the MBC. i got the turbo xs hpbc. also a forge 004 and also i have revo. Is it normal for me not to be able to get more then 16psi in first and second even with out the mbc. cincy do u have aim. i really need someone that know their stuff.

 

alright, make sure you have the right spring in your 004... i think it should be the yellow one...

also, first and second your going to see lower boost. 3+ gives you more boost... as for setting everything, you just gotta fine tune it here and there...

thaks ttkid i trid to hit u up on aim bvgoosedd is my screen name. i think i find out what the problem was. i wasn't turnin my car off after each adjustment. don't know if you have to but after i did i was running a solid 20psi out of every gear but 1st and 2nd. def feels better.
