lol thats ok i got connects at the MTO (ministry of transportation) which pass on emissions is just one phone call away. besides the carb laws here are really T@arded.

i can go to any shop and tell them ... test mine as a "kit" car or a "HotRod" car ... and bam it will pass right away.. plus sicne i am AWD, when they match me on their systems they pool all AWD cars with 4wd trucks etc .. they match by range in years.. so i'm in the same league as 1 ton pickups etc ... its so dumb .. and easy to pass carb lmao

Sorry I didn’t explain my thinking last night, I wanted to but I had to run, I’m still on a mission from “god†with my 01.Unfortunately everything I want in my carHASN’T BEEN INVENTED YET! Then as usual everything will cost me 5x more for something that seems so simple. Anyway,I know you guys know what the hell your doing you sound very intelligent and I likewhat your doinga lot!!but my experience (and my gut) tells me by dropping your compression ratio to a 9:1 your only gonna exacerbate the low & midrange lag. Therefore you onlyhave two choices, 1) rely on the “new hp found†that’s now ganna be generated in the motor to pull you through these new sensitive areas that didn’t exist before dropping your compression or you can take advantage of the drop which is what I think your going to do & find a turbo that will take care of these problems for you! This is why I suggested the HKS. Its very nice but I honestly think the F1 could be a good choice too. I’m sure you guys already know this, the F1-35R twinscroll offers better response for any low and midrange weaknesses& still havegreat top end performance. Simply because its a racing turbo.The only thing I don’t like about it is no ball bearings. But theGT-35Rwould begood choice too. Thiswas allI was thinking. Sorry about sniping the thread, I won’t say any more, I promise.

You can throw in whatever imput you want. My only thing is i dont think the HKS is worth the money. The standard gt3076r is $1250 and the HKS badged turbo is $2700, can find out why its more the x2 the cost. But i wouldnt mind spending more money on this Tial housing gt30r (gt3076r)

[hr]

* Aprox. 33% turbo weight reduction
* Cast stainless steel provides a beautiful smooth finish inside and out
* Full V-Band utilization eliminates the need for bolts and gaskets
* V-Band inlet design allows for pivoting of the turbo to aid clearance issues and tight fits
* 3 A/R options for EACH turbo
* Overall turbine housing size is smaller while maintaining greater strength

ive told you before, the t3 60trim is a garrett turbo and the t3 super 60 (t3s60) is a turbonetics turbo. The t3s60 is rated 2-3cfm more than the t3 60trim also. But i would take a garrett over turbonetics anyday

No this is a case of calling a facial tissue a kleenex. People calling a simular turbo the same thing.
