A tech section would be nice too.
have a sticky link at the top of our forum to a page that has tech articles.
The DSM forum has one right off from it's main forum

Where people can write a short how so in something like a basic how to install a DV valve walk through.
Then next time someone asks how to do something you can link them to it.
When i was learning DSM's this is how i learned a ton of my turbo tweaking skills.
