Default What plugs should i be using????

I have an 02 TT 225 Quattro, stock turbo but apr ecu and MBC running 24psi,
also have intake and BOV. Should i be running colder plugs? what brand is best and waht gap should they be? any suggestions from the pros?

Oh come on Cincy cut a brother some slack lol. Trying to get actual feed back from users cause i hear a lot of different info regarding stock vs aftermarket turbo and which brand is best

NKG BKR7's are cheap and reliable and can be found local.
