Have a nice 2000 TT Quattro left sitting for a few months it always started and ran fine before this. Now it tries to start but will not keep running? Any recommendations? Fuel issue? Yes it has plenty of gas in the tank. Should I be able to hear the fuel pump running if its working when I turn the key on? Where is it located? Any help greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks

 

Check the fuel filter, make sure the air filter is clear and nothing has made a nest in the air cleaner box. Check to make sure nothing has eaten any of the wires.
