Default 01 a4 1.8tq drew these codes.

P0321-faulty ckp sensor.

P0010-failed camshaft actuator

P0012-timing over retarded

I just replace my cam shaft position sensor and im told the ecu needs to relearn itself

Car drives fine wit a load but wen idle it tries to stall.

Is this due to the ckp sensor?

sorry wrong post...

You should replace the CRANKSHAFT position sensor, or "speed sensor" not the camshaft position sensor.

This part here: http://www.ecstuning.com/Audi-B5_A4-...tion/ES252763/

There are cheap ones on ebay, but don't know how those would work out.

My friends A4 had exactly the same symptoms and codes. He changed the crankshaft sensor and the car ran great.
