He's in MA or MD. CCA4 has been in touch with him regarding what he did and how he needs to make things right in a big hurry.

 

Yeah I got the same sob story as twinpop, he was blubbering about how someone died or some bullshit. I told him that its really not my concern and that the only thing I care about is my $200, because I didn't believe his BS anyway. Regardless of who may or may not have died, that doesn't change the fact that he knowingly sold the same parts to several people. We've exchanged several more emails and he's supposedly going to PayPal me $200 sometime this weekend, though I can't say I'll be surprised if he doesn't.

Unfortunately my efforts to dispute the transaction with PayPal have not been successful, though its admittedly my fault. I didn't specify what I was paying him for, so PayPal can't accept a dispute on the grounds of me not receiving anything in return for the money.

I can say at this point though that the guy is obviously a pathological liar and a really bad scammer lol. Glad to hear everyone else got their money back even if I didn't.

 

He told me in initial PM that he lives in Mass.

I'll keep the fingers crossed for you CCA4 on the refund.
