My Rear passenger door is closed and locked and it will not unlock to open. I cannot get it to unlock with the remote or interior lock switch.


When I unlock I can see the lock try to pop up but it only moves slightly, the rest of the doors open fine.

Any advice or tips?

does it unlock if you pull the interior handle?

 

Is the kiddy safety switch flipped? Can't even remember if we have one. Otherwise it might be a vacuum issue.

 

I hate to bump a thread, but I have the same issue, on the same year, on the same door. Weird.

 

sounds to me like you lost the vac line going to that door. are you familiar with how the central locking system works?

 

When you go to unlock the doors can you hear the pump keep going for a more then 10 seconds? If so then you have a leak and it is most likely that vac line going to that door.
