I Looked all over, and it seems these only go with used transmissions. Does anyone have a used one for sale or know where to get one?

Thanks for the replies, this is also known as a "range switch" or multi function. It is a transmission switch, that tells the car what gear it should be in.
Thank you for the link to the neutral switch, however this is a different item.

i'm pretty sure the manual tranny does not require an electronic range switch, only the autos. there's plenty of people parting out their car, go to vwvortex.com they usually have 2 or 3 cars being parted
