2.8L oil capacity

Never had to add more than 5.5 quarts upon oilchanges.
although the amount of oil it burned was a different story...

yeah, but i'm fulling it with 7, it reaches the max line at 7 quarts almost exactly. i'm due for an oil change soon, so i'll get the fram filter and see how much that is. then i'll let you guys know.

Almost anything is better then Fram. but when i changed my oil filter to mobil1 i also added a bit more.

Yes, use Mobil1 or Purolator. Don't use a piece of **** Fram.

I know it's been a long time since this was active, i just wanted to report what i had found:
It turns out that it takes 6.5 Quarts of oil to fill the oil to exactly the middle mark(i went to an audi dealership nearby and they told me that). and 7 quarts to reach the max line (i fill it to the max line because my car leaks oil). so it's normal (i guess), but a pain in the a$$ to buy 7 quarts every time i change the oil. but at least i use the best oil and best filter i could find and change oil less often.
