I have a 96 a4 v6 2.8 L. I am really trying to make it fly but with out droppin a dump load of money for a tc or a sc so i was wondering if anyone new anything that could be done and if so some names of parts and prices if you can. Would love to hear bout anybody who has upgrades on theirs.

Sadly the only thing you could do to your car to make it "fly" would be an Air Intake and a Super Charger.
So there is not much you can do... Read the "stickies" on top to find more info on what you can do.

 

You could always take your motor to you local machine shop and have them port and polish your intake manifold, bore your throttle body, port your head, maybe swap in some higher compression pistons, but your talking more than a couple grand. (trust me i've done it in my Toyota)

Other than that S4 swaps are possible. Worth it? Debatable, but it would be cool. Or swap in a 1.8T an mod it, but then again, worth it?
