To start out I have never worked on an audi in my life. Only motor swaps I"ve done are honda's. Now with that being said, I have a 98 a4 quatro that has no motor in it. I have a freshly rebuilt one sitting in my garage thats begging to be installed. Tranny is still in car, along with ac system.
I was wondering if any audi guru's could chime in and give me some advice, and get me going in the right direction.
Some things I'm looking for is maybe, make sure you hook this up before this, or you'll have less headaches if you do this. Any thing you guys can think of to prep me for this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
-Chett

well one thing for sure is having the front end off just in case you need to get to anything. make sure you have a bunch of torx bits and allens ready. then after you put everything in, do a TB alignment.

^^^ Definielty agree with removing the front end. Friends of mine think it's nuts but it is so easy and the amount of room it gives you to work around pays off.

I've got the motor in now, but I need some sort of wiring diagram so I can get these sensors hooked up to the right place.
