Arrow B5 S4 motor install what to expect

Im finally getting back around to put the motor back in my car after the passenger turbo blew. Its been about 9 weeks since I took it out and I got a little time off work to get it back together. My question is what should I look out for or problem I might expect as I go threw this. Took about 12 hours by myself to pull it but im hoping to have it back together and running by Sunday night. Any help is appreciated.

not that difficult. Just make sure you plug everything back in. The big thing is making sure you did all the maintenance you normally couldnt do with the engine in the car. Like mounts, alternator, rear main seal, etc.

Yeah all the maintenance was done by vast back in december by the previous owner with receipts. Then a few months after he had it all done the passenger turbo started to go out. I traded my modded SRT4 neon for the car. Got the motor back in and running last night. Just have to reinstall the front shafts and drive it to my buddies shop so we can finish the exhaust work. Can't wait to get this thing on the road. As much fun my A4 is this S4 should really put a smile on my face.
