Sorry everyone....I still can't figure out why this kid is still following my posts....Kayakman, please go spray paint your wheels black and drop an RS4 bumper on your car. I'm doing **** a little different here so your comments all throughout are not only 100% worthless but completely overlooked by people with an eye for something different. Thanks for following along but please go find someone else's thread, youve already made your points here...

So i'm about to start my widebody and i got my sideskirts from my buddy's S4 but once installed they just looked a little too stock. The OEM rs4 skirts are wider than the s4's and look great so i decided to just modify my rocker panels. I found a few 10ft lengths of angled sheet metal and cut them to fit my stock rocker exactly. I ripped off the lower door moldings and grinded down the clip mounts smooth. then i just attached the s4 skirts to that for about an added inch. These are rough stages of the job but i will most likely blend the seam and clean things up a bit. i'll post more pics as things progress.

Don't see where this came from but if you don't like people commenting on your work, then don't post stuff on a public forum.

I pulled the moldings as well, but my fenders are coming way out so i wanted them to blend a "little" better

i don't remember that, but your absolutely right and people can feel free to voice their opinions on this project but if you don't like it there is really no need to continuously state that after every post....beatin a dead horse

I like what you did with the skirts
all he did was ask if you're going to shave the trunk lid lines.. which I think would look good too..

I love what you're doing! I'm just suggesting more things to do. While you're adding a lip spoiler why not shave the trunk lines. I'm not trying to be negative, in fact the opposite. I'm throwing out ideas and building my car vicariously through you. Its your car I know, and thats why I'm not demanding or saying THAT LOOKS LIKE ****. Not once do I remember telling you that what you're doing is stupid. I may have expressed some doubt about the bumper hanging too far forward, but you cleared that up for me. I'm very excited about the project, sorry if you mistook that for distaste.
