pretty sure the models don't matter but ~ 99 1.8t a4 and the headlight switch has had to be replaced three times total in the past 4 months - any idea what the cause of this could be?

you buying new switches? or used?
if used, id say thats your problem...just buy a new one, $130 from ECS.....i ALMOST ordered one, turns out both my fricking low beams burned out at the SAME time!....stupid things.....2 new silverstars and im back in bizness!

 

no i've bought them all brand new... is this something i can have any repair man look at?
