Default A4 Quattro Motor swap

I dont want to hear sell the car and buy a 1.8t because it is not an option.
it is a 2.8l automatic. The transmission is gone in it. I was given the car for FREE. it is silver, car is immaculate condition, full leather interior, not a rip on the seats, fully loaded. no rust.

I want to remove the v6 and put in a 1.8t 5spd. what is needed, besides motor tranny wiring harness, and computer. can i use the hubs or is the axles different, motor mounts? etc. i will go with a FMIC.
any help is greatly appreciated
thanks

chassis harness, any chassis-related controllers, axles, hubs, spindles, probably suspension, mounts, transmission, driveshaft...

Best move is to get a new transmission, get the car running, then sell it and get the 1.8T. You're going to sink a fortune into parts. You don't want to hear that, but that's the reality of it. Your choice.
