ABS Module-Location?

ABS Module-Location?
I have decided to get my ABS module rebuilt....but I have two questions.
Where is the ABS module located on the car? I pilphered through several threads; one stated it was under the rear seat but all I found was the Alarm module there.
Where can I get a manual; whether physical or virtual works.

It's under the hood right next to the windshield wiper fluid reservoir.
