Default Amp and sub wiring in non bose

Well im trying to figure out what I should do. Should I use a high/low converter and splice the RCAs into the two rear speakers? There is no amp in non bose systems right? I also need the wiring diagram so I know where to splice the remote on/off and the RCAs into, if anyone has it then that would be great.

I did mine. it was pretty straight forward. I think there might also be a DIY on audidiy.com.

Hi, new here. But just finished setting up my system keeping the stock unit. Mine is the non-bose system in an '01 and there is an amp attached to the rear speakers. I disconnected those and splice rca cables to wires and ran a separate amp. I also replaced the rear deck speakers with some Pioneers. Not top of the line but affordable and 100% better than the stock. When it gets warmer I'll take some pictures. If you still need the wiring set up, I can detail it for you.
