I was Googling about CV grease and there was an Amsoil rep on some other forum recommending the GPOR2 grease for CV joints, so I bought some and I put it in my CV joints. It's extremely sticky, almost to the point of being more like elastic. Is that okay? I haven't driven the car with it yet since I haven't finished putting it back together after a clutch change.

 

Never heard of it, I've always used the sloppy ****. But if amsoil makes it, I'd assume its decent stuff. That is unless it went bad and started to harden, making it more elastic like. Maybe call an amsoil rep.
