Any idea why my oil temp gauge barely moves?

I know I'm digging up an old thread, but I've replaced the pressure sensor and the level/"temp" sensor and neither have worked.
All of the sensor wiring looks good and I've had this problem persist with 2 different ECUs.
What am I missing?
